• How do I set up my first lesson and court location?

Your assigned coach will coordinate the day and time of your first lesson as well as the court location.

• What happens if I’m late ⏰ to my lesson ?

If you are late for your lesson, please contact your coach! Our coach is only allowed to wait for you a maximum of 15 min. If you don’t contact your coach prior to being late, the lesson will be charged.

• What happens if it rains prior to the start of the lesson ?

The coach will coordinate with you the day, time and location of your replacing lesson

• What happens if rain starts before or during my lesson?

You will get a rain check or the remaining minutes of your lesson will be rolled over to your next lesson(s).

• Can I cancel my lesson ?

You can cancel a lesson 48 hours prior to the time and day of the lesson

• What happens if I need to cancel the lesson for a second time ?

You are allowed to cancel a maximum of 1 lesson without being charged.

• How long is the tennis lesson package valid for ?

All tennis lesson packages are only valid for 60 days from the time of purchase.
