How do I set up my first lesson and court location?
Your assigned coach will coordinate the day and time of your first lesson as well as the court location.
What happens if I’m late ⏰ to my lesson ?
If you are late for your lesson, please contact your coach! Our coach is only allowed to wait for you a maximum of 15 min. If you don’t contact your coach prior to being late, the lesson will be charged.
What happens if it rains prior to the start of the lesson ?
The coach will coordinate with you the day, time and location of your replacing lesson
What happens if rain starts before or during my lesson?
You will get a rain check or the remaining minutes of your lesson will be rolled over to your next lesson(s).
Can I cancel my lesson ?
You can cancel a lesson 48 hours prior to the time and day of the lesson
What happens if I need to cancel the lesson for a second time ?
You are allowed to cancel a maximum of 1 lesson without being charged.
How long is the tennis lesson package valid for ?
All tennis lesson packages are only valid for 60 days from the time of purchase.
